The most efficient option when carrying suitcases is to take a taxi upon your arrival to the Madrid airport. At any time of day you will find many taxis by following the taxi sign upon leaving the baggage area. The price is 30€ fixed rate to anywhere in Madrid. There is also an option to take public transportation: there is a metro and a bus to the city center.
